What is the power system of forklift

Power system is the power source for the forklift to drive and work. 80% of the engines currently used on forklifts are shuttles. The rest are battery forklift or driven by motor According to different fuels, it can be divided into diesel engine, gasoline engine and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG engine).

Assisting equipments for forklift power system

Intake device

Function: filter the floating dust in the air, ensure that the gas entering the diesel engine is clean, and prevent the engine from premature wear

Speed control device

Function: By stepping on the acceleration mechanism and transmitting it to the engine throttle rocker arm through the throttle flexible shaft, the angle of the engine throttle rocker arm can be changed to achieve the speed control function

Structure: acceleration mechanism, flexible shaft, connecting pin and some connecting parts
