Hydraulic (mechanical) gearbox
The main role of the gearbox inside a diesel forklift:
Change the transmission ratio between the engine and the drive wheels, thereby changing the traction and driving speed of the forklift, used to adapt to various working conditions; enabling the forklift to travel backwards; cut off the power transmission between the engine and the drive wheels through the shift operation, In this way, when the forklift is stopped for a short time, the engine can be idling without stopping the engine; it is convenient for the engine to start and is conducive to parking safety.
Forkling driving axle
The drive axle is located at the end of the transmission system. It is mainly used to change the size and direction of the torque transmitted by the engine through the torque converter (clutch) gearbox, and to transmit it to the left and right drive wheels through the half shaft.
The drive axle is mainly composed of: the main reducer, the differential, the half shaft and the axle housing, of which the main reducer, the differential, the half shaft, etc. belong to the force transmission mechanism; the axle housing is used to install these mechanisms to bear gravity and other external forces , Belongs to the support mechanism.
