Socma Forklift Related Information and News Share:
1. What is the "Five No Forks" of forklift drivers?
Answer: (1) The center of gravity of the cargo exceeds the load center of the fork, so that it will not fork when the longitudinal stability is reduced.
(2) Single fork does not fork under partial load.
(3) The stacking of goods is unstable.
(4) The tip of the fork may damage the goods when not fork.
(5) Overweight or unknown weight.
2. What are the regulations for forklift operations?
Answer: It is forbidden to use forklifts to pick up or pull goods during forklift operations, and forklifts are prohibited from overloading. Forklifts are forbidden to drive with people, and electric parallel forklifts are forbidden to connect to two action circuits at the same time. The height of each stack in the warehouse and in the truck must not exceed four trays. Forklifts must fork fragile, valuable or unstable goods. Use safety ropes to reinforce, and when necessary, special support can be used to drive.
3. Under what circumstances should the forklift slow down?
Answer: When turning, retreating, narrow passages, uneven roads, traffic intersections and approaching goods, slow down.
4. What are the requirements for forklifts?
Answer: The forklift is driving to the right, and the fork should be raised 200~300mm above the ground. When forklifts give way, empty vehicles should give way to heavy vehicles, downhill vehicles to uphill vehicles, branch lines to main lines, large turns to small turns, and when entering and exiting the door and warehouse door, let the vehicle exiting the warehouse door and exiting the door first.
