2, The configuration and instruction of SOCMA 45 ton Forklift Stacker
(1)Power: equipped with Cummins engine that is strong-power, energy economically and enviromental-friendly, and meets the demand of high efficiency working. This kind of engine is widely used, high cost-effective and guaranteed for working due to a better after-sale service. Attachments such as filter, silencer is specially designed to ensure the lifespan and reliability of the engine.
(2)Transmission: equipped with Dana transmission that is steady, reliable and smooth-controlled when gear shift.
(3) Driving Axle: equipped with Kessler axle that is funtional-garanteed and reliable.
(4)Braking system: with maintenance-free wet brake, the braking system is reliable and steady. (5)Cooling System: equipped with Shandong Weifang Hengtong water tank that is quality-garanteed, better cooling and outstanding performance of cooling to ensure a better performance of each system parts in a durable temperature, which can decrease the rate of breaking down and improve the reliability of the vehicle.
(6)Wheeling system: Equipped with GKN rim that is high-reliable non spoke plate structure, which can meet the demand of variety of heavy load.
(7)Frame: same as Konecranes, the box-shaped double-beam frame can provide good rigidity and strength to ensure the high reliability of the forklift chassis. The "Overall Structural Optimization Scheme" is cooperated by the Haixi Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences to verify the rigidity, strength calculation, and fatigue life of the forklift. Full use of finite element mechanics analysis, more optimized structure design, to ensure product safety.
