18 ton container forklift
Rated load: 18,000 kgs
Load center: 900 mm
Operating weight: 25,500 kgs
Wheel base: 3,800 mm
1, adopt double pump confluence working hydraulic system, greatly reduce fuel consumption, energy consumption. Hydraulic system equipped with oil radiator and back pressure protection device, ensure the machine heat balance
2, hydraulic load sensing steering system, rear steering axle with small turning radius, flexible and light steering
3, adopt double turbine hydraulic torque converter, stepless speed change, single lever control for the speed changing, easier for operation.
4, Variable speed control valve matched with neutral starter, the machine start more secure.
5, front axle adopt heavy duty type driving axle, enlarge size of axle housing, hub and bearing, spiral bevel gear and wheel planetary wheel deceleration increasing twist, steel structure bridge shell support, increase the load capacity and service life.
18 Ton Container Forklift safe operation process 2
（1） When 18 Ton Container Forklift is operating, goods should be in lowest place where can’t effect drive, mast should be properly rear tilt, except stacking and loading, can’t lift up goods. When transport large goods, if the goods blocks up the driver’s eyes view, should reverse drive.
（2） The rear wheels control turning, should notice the rear swing amplitude of forklift, avoid urgently turning phenomenon.
（3） When loading goods, must adjust the distance between two forks, make sure the loading weight balanced on two forks, can’t be deflective, one side of goods should recline the carriage. The loading weight should be correspond with loading center chart.
（4） The height of goods can’t block up the driver’s eyes view.
（5） Forbid high-speed to fork the goods and forbid the fork to crash rigid goods.
（6） Loading and unloading should move slowly.( 5cm/s)
